1. Do you have a minitanker for my narrow lane?

No, we are unable to deliver if a minitanker is required.

2. Can you deliver through the house/through the front door?

No, we are unable to make "through house" deliveries.

3. My tank didn't hold the full amount I ordered. What happens next?

Once the driver has returned to the depot, and the delivery amount is confirmed on the system, your refund will be processed back on to your original payment card. You will get an email detailing the new amount. Please be aware if the difference is significant you may be charged a new litre rate more appropriate to the amount the tank has held.
